Vintage mid century drop-leaf gate-leg kitchen dining table made in the 1960s probably, though possibly 1950s. It has a beech wood frame with slender, slightly tapered legs reinforced with cross rails, having curved edges in the utility style. The top is laminate wood covered in wood effect formica with white trims. The folding leaves are slightly tapered and have curved corners; they're quite long so you get a fair sized table that folds down to a small space. It will easily seat 6, more at a pinch. Condition is pretty good: structurally sound and all works well; the leaves are slightly bowed but not badly (see pics); cosmetically there are some scuffs and dings but nothing too terrible. A scratchy scuff on the top (pictured). The base is a little streaky in places from a re-varnish at some point. Dimensions: 74cm wide x 76cm high x 140cm full length( 87cm half length; 33cm closed)
